  • Custom orders normally take 6 weeks time, including installation. For custom orders not included in our website, please give us a call. We’ll schedule an appointment to check dimensions and quote you.

  • For specific designs, We do that over the phone or an appointment in person to ensure completeness and accuracy.

To ensure a transparent and efficient process, we have established the following Refund/Consumer Resolution Policy:

    Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality construction services. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of workmanship or materials used in your project, we will assess the situation and provide appropriate remedies, which may include a partial or full refund.

    Change of Plans: In the event of a change in project scope or plans, refunds are subject to evaluation. Depending on the circumstances, a portion of the project cost may be refunded after deducting expenses incurred up to that point.

    Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your project before commencement, refunds may be issued based on the terms outlined in the contract or agreement. Any prepayments or deposits will be reviewed and refunded accordingly.

    2. Consumer Resolution Process:

    Open Communication: We encourage open communication with our customers throughout the construction process. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact us immediately to discuss and resolve them.

    Evaluation of Concerns: Upon receiving a complaint or request for resolution, our team will conduct a thorough evaluation to understand the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

    Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of the issue, resolution options may include corrective work, compensation, partial refund, or other mutually agreed-upon solutions.

    Timely Response: We are committed to providing timely responses to all customer inquiries and complaints. You can expect acknowledgment of your concern within 7-10 business days and resolution within 30 business days, barring any exceptional circumstances.

    3. Warranty Coverage:

    Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a 2 year warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship that may arise during the specified period.

    Manufacturer Warranties: For materials and products used in construction projects, customers may benefit from manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in filing warranty claims and coordinating any necessary repairs or replacements.

    4. Customer Responsibilities:

    Timely Notification: Customers must notify us of any issues or concerns regarding their construction project promptly.

    Access and Cooperation: To facilitate the resolution process, customers are expected to provide access to the project site and cooperate with our team in assessing and addressing the issue.

    Project Care: Proper maintenance and care of the completed construction project are essential to ensure longevity and performance. Customers are advised to follow any maintenance guidelines provided by our team.

    5. Exceptions and Limitations:

    Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of God, or other force majeure events, resolution may be subject to limitations or exceptions beyond our control.

    Third-Party Services: If the issue involves third-party services or subcontractors, resolution may be subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective service providers.
